With extra high-current relay, AC250V 30A ; DC30V 30A 

USE: Connect 5V and Gnd to Arduino, Connect Arduino output pin to "Ctrl" 

NOTE: This relay board will draw about 200mA at 5V. You can only run 1 or possibly two of these from the Arduino 5V supply.  Best to use an external 5V supply like this:  Connect the power supply Gnd to Arduino Gnd. Connect the 5V supply to relay board 5V only..

 The YourDuino RoboRED has a 5V 2A supply and can run many more relays.
